By accessing or using BizzMate (“Platform”, “Service”, or “we/us/our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
These Terms govern your access to and use of BizzMate’s tools, features, AI assistant, services, website, and related applications.
Beta Disclaimer
BizzMate is currently in beta. As such, some features may be experimental, limited, or subject to change. Your feedback is welcome, but you acknowledge the service may experience bugs, interruptions, or incomplete functionality during this phase.
Eligibility
To use BizzMate, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your company.
Account Registration and Access
You must create an account to access core features. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the platform or violate these Terms.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use BizzMate:
• For lawful business or team-related purposes only
• Without uploading malicious code or content
• Without reverse engineering or interfering with platform operations
• In accordance with all applicable local, national, or international laws
Misuse, including overuse of AI, scraping, or abusive language, may result in account suspension.
AI Assistant Usage
BizzMate offers AI-generated responses to assist with:
• Project summaries
• Task recommendations
• Meeting transcripts and task extraction
• Team activity insights
Disclaimer: AI suggestions are generated based on inputs and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all data, content, files, and inputs uploaded to BizzMate.
We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our services, train AI models, and analyze system performance.
Data Privacy
We respect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, store, and secure your data.
We do not sell your data to third parties. All processing happens within your organization’s workspace unless otherwise stated.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party platforms in the future (e.g., Google Calendar, Slack). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, and branding associated with BizzMate are the intellectual property of Ritz7 Technologies and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.
Subscription & Payment
(Currently Free)
During beta, BizzMate is free to use. We may introduce paid plans later. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance, and users will have the option to opt in or discontinue use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizzMate shall not be liable for:
• Errors or omissions in any content
• AI-generated responses or suggestions
• User decisions made based on platform insights
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or compromise platform stability.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore.
