Fair Use Policy
At BizzMate, we aim to provide a fair, consistent, and high-performing platform experience to all users. This Fair Use Policy outlines acceptable levels of usage and ensures that your use of BizzMate does not adversely impact the performance or reliability for other users.
Purpose of the Policy
This policy exists to:
• Prevent misuse or abuse of resources
• Maintain platform integrity, stability, and performance
• Ensure equitable access for all users during beta and general availability
What We Mean by “Fair Use”?
BizzMate is built to support daily project operations—including but not limited to tasks, meetings, leave tracking, and document generation. However, extreme or automated usage patterns outside normal business operations may trigger enforcement of this policy.
Examples of unfair use include:
• Excessive automated API calls or bot traffic
• Uploading unusually large data files repeatedly
• Constant generation of AI summaries far beyond typical daily usage
• Repeated, rapid-fire task updates meant to stress test the system
• Using BizzMate to manage external client portfolios in bulk (e.g., an agency reselling access)
AI Usage Limits (Beta Phase)
To maintain the speed and quality of our AI systems during beta testing:
• Daily AI prompt volume may be monitored
• Abuse of the AI assistant for unrelated, non-work queries may lead to restrictions
• Continuous generation of tasks/subtasks without actual follow-up use may be flagged
We reserve the right to introduce caps or throttles if we detect usage affecting platform stability.
What Happens if You Violate This Policy?
If we detect usage that violates this policy, we may:
• Alert the user or workspace owner
• Throttle or temporarily restrict functionality
• In repeated or severe cases, suspend accounts or remove access
We will always try to contact you first to resolve things fairly and collaboratively.
Who This Applies To?
This Fair Use Policy applies to:
• All individual users on the platform (free and beta access)
• Organizations or workspaces using shared access
• Any integrated tools or agents using our APIs
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Fair Use Policy periodically to reflect platform growth, new features, or usage trends. We'll notify users in-app or via email when changes are significant.
